He probably won't do any real jail time. My guess is that he will be back on this forum in a matter of weeks talking about everyone he is going to sue.

The whole idea of bringing him back is terrible. At least in LA he was just comic relief. How funny will he be when he is back in LP, full-time, looking for ways to game the system?

Very funny. People of LP know him for what he is, so he won't stay around long. Oh don't get me wrong, he may hang around for a while and try to stir up a stink, but when the going starts getting a little rough he will cut and run just like he always does. I have way too much fun jerking his chain and calling him out for what he is. Just remember he is all blow and no go. Relax and have a good laugh at his expence.

He is in Harris county. Felony charge 20k to 100k. That is serious. He will do several years even if he pleads.

A few interesting tidbits:

1. He will not have an "free-world" attorney, as they call it in County. That means he will more than likely have to sit in jail throughout the process.
(His mother isn't going to help him; she probably can't.)

2. The penalty for his charge is probably in excess of 10 years. Even if he cops a plea to a lesser charge, it is probably enough to put him away in state jail for several years.

3. Heavy cannot live in general population in state jail. He is a known snitch, anti-racist who has made his name on internet bragging about working with the feds. He was doing that a month ago. He is also a confirmed bachelor. Without the aid of white prison gang, Charles is very likely to be harmed if he hits the big time. He knew this, that is why he was hiding in LA. He never thought this day would come.

4. We have had to listen to his unfiltered thoughts for four years. He monopolized our forum every day during that time. The chickens have come home to roost. He deserves everything he gets.

Hardly, he's as present as he ever was thanks to all of you who keep bringing him up. You are all so infatuated with him that you cant stop bringing him up. Face it, you all love the guy, come on, admit it.

Someone needs to post his mug shot, and his sentence. Then after everyone celebrates for a few days we need to forget that looser. How does that sound empire boy?
