A possible proposal is to increase the rate sheet for those who are at the top max pay. 12 month this would cost taxpayers another $160,000. The city has a rate sheet for a reason, its not a tool to keep increasing. Look at some of the pay rates, I say freeze the rates at what they are today. This is just more government generosity. does your boss do this? Lets fix the sidewalks and sewer problem instead of adding more payroll dollars. don't have money for sidewalks and sewer issues then how will the city have money for more payroll increase?
