I think it bs to arrest someone for walking anywhere and implies a general stupidity and arrogance about any officer who does so. Not only do I read the list of activities for every day in La Porte and surrounding cities, I also read every day's listing of every criminal and civil filing in Harris County. Hm. Wonder what charges you are referring to. There aren't any active charges with Harris County, and there hasn't been an indictment of anything, so what charges would you be referring to?

You are so full of bs. There is no felony warrant. There is no hold placed on him by Harris or any other county. There is no felony charge with the DA's office. Even if a charge is filed there has to be sufficient evidence for an indictment. Why don't you just admit you are lying and be done with it. You're such a schmuck.

They may be re-filed, but there are no active or inactive charges listed with Harris County. If there was a felony warrant your records with the DA's office would be shut down tighter than the seal on a duck's butt. I just accessed your records. There is no felony warrant or I would not have been able to view them. There is also no hold listed for you meaning there is no one they would hold you for if you were there.

There seems to be some issue... but the warrant is hidden for some reason.

I was just able to renew my drivers license.

I would actually be disappointed if there were no charges.

A felony warrant would shut down access to your online records. Trust me on that. I have seen it done. If you are aware of an issue and want to pm me I will investigate, but it seems unlikely someone in the DA'S office cares enough about this to list it as inactive as long as they did, not persue an indictment, and then take it down altogether along with not stopping access to your online records while there is a felony warrant. It should be pretty easy to solve they mystery. Personally, I call bs on these people saying otherwise.
