quality of work was very very poor, no less than 6 months after the paint job was done on my hood it started peeling off, i returned to the shop and talked to Carlos directly, in fact he is the only person i ever spoke to, i believe it may be a one man shop, he is a very polite person and listens to everything you have complaints about and promises and reassures you the problem will be fixed, it was agreed i would bring my truck in the next day Tuesday and that it would be completed by Friday morning no later that 10am. I go to get my truck that Friday at 11 in the morning, my truck was still in the same spot i left it at in the parking lot, it had not been touched at all, no work had been started, all the shop doors were open, but nobody was there, not in the shop, not in the office, i called the shop phone on my cell phone no answer, i left message said i was taking my truck and would he please contact me so we can get this problem resolved. Carlos called me that afternoon with some excuse that didn't make sense but again very polite, very apologetic, reassures me the problem will be fixed and could i bring the truck back in the following Monday morning at 8 o'clock, I agreed beause he is a very likable guy and he had me reassured the problem would be fixed, I go to bring my truck in about 9 9 am that monday, the shop isnt even open yet, i call the shop and get voice mail, i leave a message, never got a return call, drive by the next day, same thing shop not open, no answer to the shop phone and of course no return call, i finally gave up and brought my truck to another local collision shop in town, they did a fantastic job, the staff there said the paint job that had been done was very shoddy and that their shop has had many unsatisfied customers from Carlos Paint and Body Shop come to their shop to have the work done right like it should have been done in the first place. high price lesson learned, just because a person is a likable guy and very polite doesn't mean they have a good work ethic or do quality work, I beleive this shop should not even be in business if other people have had the same bad experience I had there. Carlos basically took my money for a job he didn't do properly, he didn't back up his warranty by fixing the problem, and then he just avoided me all together, funny thing about it he can trick you into getting your business, because he talks the talk in a very nice way but he doesnt do the walk. I would not recommend anyone to bring their automobile there
