I have never been treated so rudely by a worker until I called to make an appointment with Kim. The guy that answered said no and hung up on me. I called back to ask when she'd be back, no answer. I called again and he answers and says, you keep calling. I said I know because I would like to know when she'll be back, he hung up on me again. You just lost my business. Apparently Kim no longer works there so I'm sure he's bitter but to take it out on paying customers is completely disrespectful. All he had to do is tell me she's no longer there. I'll be sure to let all of my friends know this as well. Don't blame your customers when your business fails.
