I've noticed the waste water treatment plant seems to be more oderous than normal. Are there issues. I know it's not a state-of-the-art design, but I wouldn't expect the output - being that its purified, to have an Oder. I'm starting to be concerned for my health.

You live across the freeway from hundreds of chemical plants and are worried your health is in danger from bad smells at a waste water plant.

You're safe from both. They're just smells.
