So you waited 45 minutes for a drink and thought sticking around for dinner was a good idea? That's why it doesn't make sense! I wouldn't wait 15 before I complained, and 20 til I left ! This place is a very nice place and if their is no AGENDA...why go home, pull up the internet and start the complaining there ? Shame Shame Shame.

Because the owner showed no concern about the service. I want this place to make it. We need a place like this in La Porte. The owner just doesn't take criticism very well. Like I stated before everything was wonderful other than the service. No agenda just posted my review of the resturant so why should I be shamed? We waited because this was where we chose to have a birthday dinner for our friend. I'll go back but I don't know if my friends will.

I call BS on bad customer service. If you got bad customer service and you are just starting out, you are not going to make it. There is no excuse. The fact that this is a discussion is not a good sign.

Complaints about customer service are like roaches, if you hear one, there are fifty more you don't hear...wait, that didn't make any sense.

Three months from now they will be closed. Period. Most businesses like this don't make it, the few that do, don't have people debating on how bad their customer service is.

And yes, the loser is posting under a fake name. You can tell when the loser is around because when Norma speaks who puts four or five negative feedbacks on her. No one else does that.

I hate you Safety Pro, you are a a loser! You should have just stayed away.

Your friends will go back...they apologized for your behavior after you left and said there was nothing wrong with the service.I hope people don't form an opinion of a cool place because of your comments. I love everything about the place. Awesome food and great service everytime I have gone. I will say, if you like going to a place and getting your heated up food quick, this may not be the place for you. The food is as good as any place around and a good meal will take a little longer to prepare. Have a glass of wine, relax and enjoy ! I say if you want to know about this place, dont read an old drunk ladies comments, go find out for yourself. If you dont like it, dont go back !

I want the place to make it also. I enjoy places like Mainly Drinks but good food, good wine, and good beer is not all it takes. The owner has to understand customer service. We went back since this blog started and I will tell you the same as before. The food is good and worth the wait, the wine selection was more than adequate. The customer service MUST improve or the place will go under. I know La Porte and I know customer service and Mainly Drinks must stop the employees from gossiping and get them and the owner focused on all the customers.

Are there any suggestions on how we get this information to the owners.

What I have posted here is the truth I have no reaseon to lie as you have. I'm not slamming the place just saying the service needs to improve. "old drunk ladies" HaHaHa Old yes drunk no.

1. Call the business and speak to the owner, Deb Gallington and let her know of this problem.
2. When you go back, express the bad service from your previous visit (in a jokingly manner, of course) and that you hope that's not going to be their set procedures.
