I have shown you, you're just too stupid to comprehend it. I do not lie and can not be embarrassed by an idiot like yourself. I do not at this time chose to turn on MSNBC, have not had a drink, and will not waste time cussing an inanimate object, I will leave that chore to idiots such as yourself.

You are angry about the gun ban or the president's tantrum or his wife's lavish spending and how embarrassing it is to know you voted for him. You called me a racist for no reason and you won't defend your accusation even though I've been very nice about it.

You are consumed with worshipping the criminal-in-chief and nursing on the teet of the liberal agenda. Yet you know somewhere in the back of your addled brain that he's stealing your retirement and ruining your children's future. But you have too much pride to admit it.

Go ahead, be proud. Pop another Oxy for that bad back. Because you know if you get better, you will have to go back to work.

Once again your ignorance is showing. I DID NOT vote for Obama, I called you a racist because YOU ARE, and have shown you a couple of times but you are entirely too stupid to comprehend it, and you haven't been nice you merely twist the facts to suit yourself. I worship none other than God, have a good job, and when my back hurts I live with it. People like you who pop those prescription meds have shown me hopw bad they screw up a brain, even a small one like yours. So go pop a pill have a little whine and go wander around with all the cute little animals.

I'm still waiting for you to show where I was racist. This is day 2. How long do we have to wait?

Oh, and "go back and read your post" won't work. I've read it several times and it does not mention race anywhere.(However yours was the first to mention race.)

You will have to wait forever, because your reading comprehension is non-existant and no matter what anyone says you will never get it, you're just too stupid. Go pop your pill and relax.

The sad truth is if you have an opinion that differs from what is widely publicized, you are labeled as a racist. Some immigrants come here and truly try to be better, they work hard and try to be good citizens. The fact remains illegal is still illegal and they should not be rewarded for breaking the law. We are paying for them and we need to stop it not just roll over and play dead.

Then enforce the laws we have. Amnesty has been given once and it merely made the problem worse. There is a big difference in an immigrant and illegal aliens; BIG DIFFERENCE! All illegals should be deported to their point of origin and their race or color should not be an issue; ALL ILLEGALS. The fact that someone wants to fix the problem is not what makes them racist, the fact that they imply that they should be allowed to stay if they can fix a roof, clean a house, or some other socalled job is all they are good for. Now that sir is a racist attitude, and that is exactly what Elaine did, and no matter how she attempts to twist it, it does not change the fact that she did that.

Illegal immigrants, in my experience, do not want a shot at citizenship. Living packed into a ghetto apartment drawing welfare, WIC, and Medicaid is WAY better than what they had in Mexico. Add to that the cash they work for 6 days a week. If they have a special needs kid throw in social security income. They are banking here compared to life in Mexico and have no desire to go any further to obtain citizenship, go to college, learn english, etc.
Besides, we can't keep the Mexicans from coming in so how would we keep our deported from coming back?
I have another solution. Put immigration offices in the welfare offices. They dont get benefits without processing in legally, and all help is . We let it become a way of life for them.
Also, if they want to practice their religion by not practicing birth control they can do that. When their religion starts paying the tab. Tax the heck out of the Catholic church if they want to teach against birth control.

Umm, since my job puts me in contact with them for about 16 hours a day I am pretty qualified to say most. If you dont have stats to refute it then you could also stfu. In fact, why dont u just stfu just because.

Go turn on MSNBC and have another drink. You can cuss at your TV.

I agree. There was nothing. All stereotypes are based on a grain of truth. Acknowledging that a large number of people from a certain group occasionally share some similar behaviors isn't racist. I think there needs to be a clarification of terminology here. We need to all be using the same idea of what racism is before we start throwing it around as an insult.

Racism is delegating an entire class of people to menial labor and implying that is all they are good for.

Mexicans are not stupid people... but their language is different from ours and they conjugate their sentences differently.

So when a Mexican who speaks very little English tries to put together a sentence to try to communicate in English... they sound ignorant and stupid.

I encountered the reverse of this while traveling through and living in Latin American countries.

Before I lived amongst the people... I did not understand them as well and thought less of them.

People are people wherever you go... we all want and need the same things.

Growing up in La Porte in a time when the North side was still called "Ni77erTown"... and listening to my uncle tell racist jokes at family gatherings... I rebelled against racism... but it did not leave me unscathed.

Before I actually went out into the world and began to see what it was all about... I harbored racist ideas and sentiments.

I burnt a lot of that out of me infiltrating hate groups... and having to pretend to be racist.

Still though... a racist thought or idea still finds it's way into my mind every now and then... and I am an anti-racism activist.

So... it does not surprise me that many of you would not even recognize racism when you see it.

On this string... we shall have to disagree.

Perspective, Elaine.

That's what it's all about.

I've seen La Porte and the whole rest of the world from many different perspectives... lived many different places with many different people in many different ways.

I can't help but see things differently.

It's just the way I've lived my life.

I'm no better than you... just not the same.

It is apparent in your mind that everyone is racist except for you. I feel sorry for you, having to live inside your head.

No, not everyone, and no need to feel sorry for me, I'm quite comfortable in my own head. It's much less twisted there than it is in yours. However I don't feel sorry for you, as you are the one that created that twisted, racist mess. Self inflicted.

We really dont disagree. I do not believe in relagating anyone to anything negative based on race. We can't change what they relagate themselves to. I think, though, that people can make simple statements based in truth that have no negative implications and interpret them as negative and call them racist statements. For example, if I say many illegal immigrants in our area work at low paying jobs, low skilled jobs. That would simply be a true statement based on the fact that someone here illegally has no protection as far as the number of hours they work, amount they are entitled to be paid, or overtime pay. That is not a racist statement. It implies nothing negative about the entire race of people that is based solely on their race. I guess my definition of a racist statement is one that implies something negative about an entire race, and the opinion voiced in the statement is based solely on race.

There is nothing racist about that... but I certainly see Texan's point about the original post.

I think it is all just a misunderstanding. I do not think it was intending to be negative about the race. I could be wrong, but when granting certain statuses to immigrants doesn't the government give consideration based on if someone is a doctor or scientist? I may be wrong.
Now, I think you have a greater right to respond, though, because you dont generally judge people on here the way others do. For example, the last person here who should be harassing Elaine is ticsin. That is an example of someone who believes they have a right to judge others based on nothing other than a difference in beliefs, so he certainly has no right to be angry if someone else chooses to judge based on color. Sheesh.
