Are the residents of the complex the cause?
How many residents of the Providence Town Square complex have been involved in an accident entering or exiting the property?
Maybe a Town Square would not have cause as many accidents.
The original Town Square that I remember would have been a good concept. The problem as I remember, as noted by Councilman Harrison's note, is that the investors could not wait for the city to take the necessary time to decide because the taxes were due on the property and apparently the investors did not want to hold the property for any length of time while the city decided due to having to pay taxes on it. They wanted a quick decision / commitment from the city for a quick buck, MO.

LC Butler was back at council this week. Looks like he is getting too old to drive. Maybe he needs to hang up his keys.
