Everyone has the same opportunity to protest their appraisal. Making a big deal out of large companies pushing back against government trying to use those large company's property as an ATM is short sighted and obviously biased. I noticed there was no mention of the percentage of contested appraisals, private residences vs commercial property. Doesn't fit the narrative.
