Just found out the secret to C&D's great tacos! According to employees and ex-employees I've met, gross and disgusting things are done with the food preparations "behind the scenes!" I was shocked to hear all the details! How can these people get away with this? They even have an inside policy that employees are not to see anything, hear anything or speak anything or they get fired!!!This facility needs to be reported! Please be aware everytime you eat their food and get yourself checked out immediately for food poisoning if you happen to get ill! If you guys only knew what they put in the food!!

Why don't you share what you know about this place, don't you think everyone has the right to know?
C&D's has never impressed me, and could not understand why everyone raved about this place.... The last and only time I went in there it was dirty looking and had flies everywhere, and the food was soooo gross, as a matter of fact I took two bites and threw it out. The only place I go for great Tacos is Tapatia on Ward, they have the best....

Well, your name states that you think candy is gross, so obviously you have a pretty messed up palate/flavor preference right off the bat. The place for a long time has had great homemade tacos, and the tortillas are awesome.

Yeah..there tacos were pretty good to me too...So good that I saw ROACH in there one day, but it didnt stop me from eating that day or coming back again..but i hadnt been in a year until maybe a month ago...Now that I go back and taste it, I dont think they are all that good anymore..it tastes different now..so maybe something NEW has been added for real...I'm just saying...

well for me the egg ham bacon and cheese breakfast tacos are delicious have heard a few weird things bout it but the food is still good

As a white guy who lived in mexico for 2 years, I have seen the best and the worst when it comes to Mexican food. Not that there arent Mexicans that have seen more than me, but I have a unique perspective as an American.

I can honestly say that mexican food taste better the closer it comes to killing you.

For example, a friend of mine wouldnt listen to reason when we told him that eating tacos sold from a street vender in Reynosa Mexico is like doing "River Dance" in a mine field. As a result, he now has typhoid fever (which normaly comes from food contamination through unwashed hands).

Anyway, I am on my way to try C&D's for the first time right now as I am new to Baytown. If this forum never hears from me again then you can assume that C&D's is not intended for those who enjoy living. Otherwise, I will let everyone know how it was.
