These kids are our future welfare recipents. Most of them are dumber than a stump, and have no ambition what so ever. "Stay Cool Kids", it will make you successful in life.
The kids aren't the dumb ones...the adults who run the Dept. of Education and think teaching kids to feel good about themselves is more important than teaching them to read, write, spell and do simple math are the dummies..as are the adults who castigate the rest of us for correcting the kids.

Right on Shotsyk! All these poor kids who are hooked on phonics and now spell exactly like they talk remind me of the teacher who took her class to the zoo and one kid kept saying "Look that is a frickin elephant and she said what did you call that?, He said a frickin elephant. Sure enough the sign said,

LOL...how much would you care to wager that that kid got a nice smiley face sticker for "Attitude" and "Most Improved"??? I keep wondering where on future job applications they are going to put the question " on a scale of 1-10 how high do you rate your self-esteem?"....maybe right under the one that asks "edyoucashun?"?????

Times have changed. Action have consequences. Just think if he hadn't stolen the car, or if they hadn't snuck out. If just one of them had made the right choice that night. Just maybe he wouldn't be charged and the rest would still be alive. This is Texas he's dang lucky they aren't seeking the death penalty.

Samantha......there's nothing you can say to justify what he did. He was totally responsible for his actions, no one else !

This kid needs to be locked up longer than he received. It makes me sick to know that people would rather be in the bars getting drunk and doing drugs instead of staying at home raising their kids. Enough people out there saw how his mother would stay out in the bars for hours and days on end. Heck most people out did not even know she had kids! No wonder the kid is so messed up! He should be held responsible for his actions but the mother should be held for her non-parenting!

Blake was never in jail to begin with. I haven't heard anything about Bobby but I doubt he is out.

My understanding is Bobby is still in jail. Hopefully after his time in juvie he will go onto to the adult prison and do more time!

Bobby is still in juvie. And I completely agree with Harleygal the real crime is the lack or supervision from the mother

If he'd had his butt whipped when he was growing up the parents wouldn't be having the problems from him like they did.

I don't think it was a matter of having his butt whipped. It was more of a matter of him and his siblings being left alone ALL the time and raising themselves.
