If there's more than 1 democrat in each race running, the committee should not endorse anybody. Except for the 5th district, they'll probably endorse cleary since higgins is rumoured to be dropping out for lack of community support.

HCDCC practices must adapt to an era where changing party affiliation is like changing a pair of shoes.

The HCDCC are all grownups and are each well-aware and capable of determining and voting for themselves which democrat will make decisions based upon community needs, and which "republicrat" will do what the development-community paid them for.

One of their voting options can also be not to endorse in one, or two specific races.
