legalization of marijuana

I know I am not alone in this...why is it not legal at least for patients that need it. and it has been proven in way too many research studies that it helps so many things. And all you out there who want to yell "GATEWAY" drug, maybe you should clean out the fridge and liquor and bathroon cabinet before you start typing. JUst wanted to get a feel for who all thinks like me.....

I'm with you on this, I believe it helps with a great many thinngs not yet discovered. I personally have never smoked it, but have seen it's positive affects. My Father had the hic-ups for 2 wks after surgery , caused by the breathing tube they put down his throat. Bless his heart, he tried all the medications the Doctor perscribed for him, costing him $200.00 he did not have to spend. He was so miserable. He could not catch his breath at times. We took him to the E.R. THREE times and they could not help him! Mind you he had just had two STINTS put in and was supposed to be laying still after.(RIGHT) A friend suggested trying MARYJANE at that point he was ready to try anything Legal or not! Guess what? It worked like a charm, my father got the relief that two doctors and numerous E.R. Nurse's and attendings couldn't give him! I BELIEVE!!

The research is overwhelming. I am so glad he got relief. I just hate he had to break the law to do so. Lets get motivated~~ 14 states have medicinal marijuana. If you go on NORML.COM you can write to your government. They even have the letter written, you just fill in your info. Lets change this crazy stuff. I have a problem with a state that gives more time for weed than for raping a child. That, my friend, is NUTS!!

who care? you can find grass all over Wilmington if you halfway try, its everywhere! I go downtown every weekend and score a quarter bag everytime and most times I have a good choice from shwag to high grade 50 to a 100 bucks! Dont legalize it then they tax it...keep it underground!

I dont know superhonk keeping it underground adds a criminal element. Plus European and Canadian areas that have legalized it have seen a drop in pot use. It should be available right now every where for cancer patients period. Alcohol does far more short term and long to impair your mind than cannabis. I can never find it any where in Wilmington. You must be hanging out on the wrong side of town. It would be great to go down to the local abc and pick up a pack of spliffs.
