Ethnicity isn't the issue. Stealing a vehicle is.
Perez is a felon. He will be convicted. He should serve time for grand theft auto. If he is an Illegal Alien, then he should be handed over to ICE. New Jersey has a high proportion of residents who do not respect laws because they are corrupt people. No brag, just fact.

but there again, i was standing near the BOY..he was standing beside a police car and the ambulance was right beside them and he was more worried about his friend that was being taken to the hospital, you could tell he was very worried. Everyone makes mistakes in life now he has to live with his.

Sure he's worried. If his friend dies he will be in for homicide. Young boys in prison do hard time.

Yeah, he probably killed his buddy while joyriding...it's stupid, against the law, and people always get hurt.

Stupid kids. We tell them what's right and wrong and we also try to them safety...do they ever learn? No, they don't until they get hurt or get in trouble.

It's not a "mistake" to steal a car, it's a conscious choice. A mistake is when you accidentally spill a glass of milk. He didn't accidentally steal the car.

he didnt steal the car, somebody lent it to him. and he's definitely not mexican. i know him personally. as for the passenger, the news claims its a male. i was otherwise noted it was a female. i hope whoever the passenger was is okay.

No breaks. He could have chosen other directions (North, South) to escape.

Dumbest thing I've heard in awhile...so, if I were to associate with a criminal, then that means I'm a criminal too? What if that criminal is a childhood friend? Brother? Sister? A parent?

Your statement is VERY closed minded...but then, alot of folks are in the area.

What's wrong with the dumb people in this area? Inbreeding?
