Speaking as a "FOOT", I have had occasion to visit the Jersey shore and have found the ambiance of the area and the warmth of the locals to be quite a unique experience. I would rank it right up there with a colonoscopy.

Thees are the same POS whiners that travel to other states in the winter and are at least equally a plight. What I'd like to know is who in their right mind would go to Jersey?

Yeah, you complain about New Jersey now, but just wait until you need to buy a human organ for transplant on the black market...you'll be singing a different tune.

Spent last summer at the Joisey shore.
When I got back, found I'd forgotten how to spell.

(But learned how to light my farts!)

I've never actually seen the show, but the commercials and gossip headlines for "Jershey Shore" and the other so-called reality shows based in that area have made NJ about the last place I'd want to spend any vacation time or money.
