Chief: $7M grant will help Paterson Fire Department avoid layoffs

With the taxes they pay, why are they always going to Washington with their begging bowel? Much of the housing in Paterson are substandard fire traps that should be demolished. I guess no private developer is going to want to build housing in Paterson or be a landlord because if you own anything in Paterson, local government or some lawyer will stick his hand up your sass and grab it.
