Heres the long and short of it, please read carefully. If you die doing something illegal, then I have no sympathy for you or your family. His parents should have been just that Parents. You do not let your underage child do illegal things. If you injure or kill someone because you are doing something illegal, like the little twit who at 17 was drinking and driving and hit 2 innocent fire fighters, then too bad for you! You then deserve everything coming that is coming to you. You deserve to be punished according to the law and then some!

Ok. So first of all.. Amazedbyurstupidity... I am actually amazed by your stupidity... whether Lance was wrong or not, he is dead. Have sympathy for a grieving community. Regardless of the circumstances, anybody losing their life at such an early age is extremely unfortunate. You speak of how you wish teenagers today had grown up when you did. This leads me to believe that you are older than us, therefore, you, of all people, should understand how precious adolescence is, having lived through it. I had known Lance since elementary school, and he was an extraordinary individual. Instead of exposing your ignorance for the world to see, lets just say that not having known Lance, your opinions should not matter. Just to fill you in, he was a pretty funny person, who just loved to joke around with his friends and express his love for adventure. As we approach the anniversary of Lance's death, I request that you refrain from expressing your opinions on this blog. I do not believe that it will serve in assisting anybody in the grieving process, especially considering the attitude and sheer lack of sympathy that you present within the post.
