Editor's Note: I do not have a URL for this yet but it has been on national morning news in the U.S.A. and TOPIX banners are now posting it, also. Although this hurricane is expected to move north of the Virgin Islands, curve up towards the U.S.A. but then backwards and up to Bermuda, it bears monitoring and prayer.

As one forecaster explained, "It is unusual for a hurricane to build up this rapidly at such a distance from us." In other words, be alert. It could become quite a force to reckon with as it moves close to the islands.

Always thinking of you at this time of year. Get prepared and take care. All of the world's weather is now much more violent and it is not "life as usual." As Editor, I live in the Midwest and we just had 80 to 110 mph winds last week that tore our city from one end to the other. No tornadoes...just highly destructive wind. There is also something new called a "gustado," in which a tornado develops from the ground UP, not coming down from the air. Thus, radar cannot catch it in time for warnings.
