Bay City police: Four arrested in East Side shooting, man in critical condition
Four people are jailed in connection with a shooting on Bay City's East Side , while one man is hospitalized with a facial gunshot wound, police say.

That young man is now dead. I am his grand-uncle. He was in a Ann Arbor hospital.
