teenager with dangerous behavior

Does anyone know the teenager that was walking down the street between 4 and 5 today wearing a black shirt and red hat. If so tell his parents a train was coming and he ran across the tracks right in front of the train with the train passing only seconds later. If he had fell the train would have hit him. He was doing it for fun because after the train passed he went back across where he had left his friend. Then they continued to walk down the tracks.

do you have any details on what he looked like? how tall, hair color? anything?

He had on a red cap but it looked like he had dark hair, he was thin. I'm sorry but I didn't get a close look before he jumped in front of the train. He was with another teenage boy.
