Pay for the food in cash. Don't use your debit card there; my card did not go through for the first 2 times, but then it is on my bank statement 3 times!! Not much help when I called them about it. The bank finally credited my account for the charges!!

I have always had great service at Hardee's in Baxley. I am not questioning your experience concerned...just saying.

I DON'T KNOW NONE OF THIS TO BE 100% TRUE BUT THOUGHT I WOULD TELL IT AND SEE IF ANYONE ELSE HAS HEARD ANYTHING LIKE THIS....some prolly most employees are eaither on drugs or saleing them..Hell i even heard of a woman her being a manager of the night shift hiding them in a single mothers car under her pass seat....Causeing the your girl to go to jail and resulting in her looseing her daughter..HAS ANYONE ELSE HEARD ANYTHING ALONG THEM LINES?????

Who Knows...I know nothing about drugs. I can honestly say that the morning shift people are nice and helpful. My problem was with one of the owners. When trying to talk with him as an adult and to rectify a problem he gets beligerant. He handled the situation like a spoiled child and I guess he can do that since he has the keys to the place. So all I can say is I will no longer spend my money at any establishment that he has any affiliation. I feel sure he will not miss my money but if he makes enough people mad maybe he will miss theirs

I guess I expect people to act like adults and to be professional about problem, but as Sophie stated..."they are elitist, imprudent snobs". Well put.

What did you expect, I get crappy service about every other time I go there, they don't care about service or anything other then your money. I don't go there after my last experience, it really sucked and they didn't want to do anything about it. I wasn't asking for anything other then to correct the order and they didn't want to do that, so they can have their low life staff and crappy service. I would rather drive to Jacksonville and eat there then to eat at this filthy cockroach infested dog meat serving dive.

I can say that when I USED to go there, I would have to wait forever to get my food. Then when I would get it, it was cold and not tastey at all. I think the place is overly priced and over rated to say the least.

And the last time I had company, I spent 40.00 for biscuits, hashbrowns--I asked for several coffee creamers-the cashier seemed to be scared to give me several as "the big boss" was near her!! I guess we all are to bow down to those Wiggins's!!

Poor service at Doc's Grill too. Chicken salad tasted 3 or 4 days old & I wasn't served for 20 to 25 minutes. When I quietly complained the owner became mad with me. Won't be going back. I couldn't eat the meal & threw it in the trash.

We ordered steak and shrimp one night to go and my shrimp were fried instead of grilled and the steaks were so salty we could not eat them. I called to complain the girl told me they were about to close and there was nothing she could do about it. She said it very rude. I was going to keep the steaks and take them to Robert the next day but he wasn't there and I went out of town the next day. Ended up throwing $20 worth of food to the dogs.

Several of us ordered take out and when the two people went to Doc's Grill to pick it up, the owner was very ugly. Said we were ruining his business because they were busy, said if the food was cold, it was not his fault and basically would not let up. He lost 18 customers at that point as well as their families who will never darken their doors again. An arrogant man.
