vfw' thursday night band

[WOULD LIKE TO KNOW]

I understand that there is a band that plays at the VFW in Baxley on Thursday night.

Can anyone tell me who they are and how they sound.

They are the Club 69 Band. They are pretty good. They play mostly old country, but some newer stuff. It' Jimmy Crapps, Jimbo Crapps, and some other folks.

"Pretty Good"?!?! It's a good thing they play on Thursday night when there is no charge. I've heard them>>>>THEY SUCK! No way in hell I'd pay actual money to go hear them.

All i can say is if you dont like them , dont go out there on thurs nite! No one says you have to go. I like them. They are better than some of the other bands that get paid to play there. John Hunt and them for one!!

In my opinion, the band that John Hunt played in was one of the better bands that has played out there. Me and a lot of others wish they would come back and play again. They were good. Played a lot of different music and that was nice.

Maybe you should check out the Silver City Band from Sterling, GA...really good..country and rock as well as the oldies. I think the guys first name is Randy....the last name is Cooper.
