my statement is not as to her insurability. but i have been life/health and p&c agent for over 20 years and my statement was mostly as to johnathan being paid on policy. in the circumstances surrounding her death no insurance company would have paid the spouse or whomever was named as beneficiary until they did a prepayment investigation even if the policy had been in effect over 2 years. and they could still not pay proceeds to johnathan even if he was found not guilty in court of law, but the proceeds would go to contigent beneficiary. If it was an admended policy increasing value then their is no wait period. If Mandy was in GOOD health the minute she signed the policy it would have went into effect. If the 1st policy is over two years old then it would not be contested no matter the reason of death. If he is the 1st beneficiary he will get the money. Now if he is convicted of fraud and Murdering Mandy (which is most likely going to happen) whatever changes they made on the 31st will not go to him.Hopefully it will be Brooklyn who is the 2nd named and she will recieve that.
on the policy that was taken out a few days before mandys' death, the policy will be voided because he had intent of murder before he took the policy out.
