Nobody should be allowed to do this. Lets do what we can to make these people sorry for being such rotten crooks. May I suggest purchasing a weekeknd stay, and then raffle off the reservation to some fine folks on the E. side or make it a give away to the people in N. St.Louis. They would love a delightful stay a Bed and Breakfast! That will teach them....

We had the privilege of visiting this Tiger Sanctuary almost 2 years ago and it was an experience my husband and I will never forget. I'm saddened to read that the owners want the land back after being "donated".....what kind of person does that? Also, we stayed at a B and B in St. Genevieve the day we visited the Sanctuary and there are TONS of B and B's in St. Genevieve which was a quick drive from the sanctuary. There's so much competition it's not going to be profitable and I can say that I will NEVER stay there because of what they are doing to build it and I will spread the word. It's out in the middle of nowhere so why would somebody want to stay in a B and B that far away from shops, resaurants, ex? Not a very wise decision for these landowners.

Sounds like a classic case of Indian Givers, Are these people Native Americans by any chance?

I don't think the previous owners should have the right to reverse their decision. They made a choice to donate their land to the owners Judy McGee and Keith Kincaid. These wonderful people and their staff have put in so much time, love and hard work for these special animals. The tigers should stay in their home!!

The owner is a relative, this is not the whole truth the land was not donated but lent to them and they have not paid anything!!! the place is a dump and dirty. they have ruined the land.

What specifically would be dumpy? On your last visit, what was dirty, that could be improved? From my weekly shift, I see the property in question not looking much different from the rest of the cabins.

Tiny stripper is correct, If these folks wanted to place terms and conditions on the donated land a legal document should have been drawn up by attorneys representing both parties involved at the time of the disbursement.
