This whole thing is very shocking. Hopefully it will not upset the justice system in Texas County.

I don't know where you get that there is a justice system in Texas County. They are the most crooked bunch that people have ever seen. You must be one of the ones that has had sex with that pecker-neck! Cherie wrote: This whole thing is very shocking. Hopefully it will not upset the justice system in Texas County.

Second you should not bad mouth people that you do not know. She was just making a comment. I agree that the system in Texas County is horrible but Cherie did not do anything to you, so I think that you owe her an apology. This site is supposed to be for people to express their opinion about a specific subject not to bad mouth people when they give their opinion.

No sex here, thank you. I don't even know him and not here taking sides. I was stating a fact. I have several friends counting on court proceedings there. I guess I assume there is a justice system in place everywhere. Bob wrote: I don't know where you get that there is a justice system in Texas County. You know, I just have to say that I wish people would be more outspoken when it comes time for elections and such. Everyone says their piece, accuses other people of things...maybe they should try getting out there and making a difference. It is hard to work day in and day out and not be sure where anything is going. If you live in a county and you don't have faith in your judicial system, whatever, speak up...to the people who can do something about it.

Cherie, you are so right and people do need to get out and vote it does not take that much time to do. I really feel that if you vote and things go sour then you have a right to voice your opinion but if you do not even vote and take chances to make changes then you should not sit and around and gripe aabout the way things are. I learned rather quickly that there seems to be a very fine line between freedom of speech and slander so please take my advice when I say be careful what you say on here or in the public. Just a little piece of advice.

one of the lady's he slandered with that stupid law suit is a family friend. it's called justice and it is time for the citizens of texas county to say enough is enough, anderson should be forced to start telling the truth and should not be allowed to use his office to settle personal grudges. Once again, why won't you answer the question, should anderson be above the law?

one of the women is a family friend. because Anderson gets caught in a lie with phone tapes to prove it, he has to slander both women. that is not rihgt. enough is enough. Answer my question, is anderson above the law? if it is proved he lied on his application to the mo bar association about his criminal past and it is proved he threatened a subordinate with termination if she didn't grant him sexual favors (and I say if it is proved), then what do you think should be done with him.

are you serious? who really cares? that is a scary attitude to have in a democracy. our justice system is only as good as the integrity of those entrusted to run it. in due time, mr. anderson will have to face the music. I will tell you that he is considered an embarrasment to the rest of the judicial circut. the other prosecutors and the judges in the circut would like to see him just go away

no, perjury is criminal. his application to the bar was submitted under oath to the mo supreme court. if he lied, then that is perjury and you can go to prison for that. ask martha stewart.

Anderson is accoutable, just like anyone else. And besides hee is a pathetic lawyer. His only experience has been as prosecuting attorney. That says a lot about the legal options in Texas County! Would you hire that moran if your life was on the line? The only smart thing he has done lately was hire an attorney for himself! Filing that law suit aganist these two women just to try and scare them was the dumbest thing I have ever seen. and then dropping it a month later with "no comment" isn't going to work. you wouldn't happen to be one of his cronies he refused to prosecute when you were arrested, would you? You are right, the courts will decide. There is justice outside of Texas County, as Anderson will eventually find out.

not long ago there was a guy from Success arrested for assulting a deputy sheriff. It was a buddy of Anderson's and he wouldn't prosecute. Fill us in on the details ann, you must know something about it, Success is a small town. Assualting a police officer is a serious felony and the staute of limitations is five years. When anderson is gone and the govenor has to apponint a new PA, think one of the first things the sherrif's dept. will ask him to do is to refile these charges? maybe you have a very good reason to want to see anderson stay in office. by the way, i never knew any of the details on anderson until after he filed has "swinger sex ring" law suit. the man is a complete fool. fill us in on what you know about the assulting of the deputy sherrif in Success.

Post your name and your address and I will mail you a copy of Anderson's arrest warrents and the police reports from his many, at least 8, felony arrests. I will also send you a copy of Anderson's FBI file. If Anderson says this is not him (the birthdates on all of the warrents and police reports are the same as his), then have him submit his finger prints and see if they match those on file with the FBI. Think another prosecuting attorney in the state has an FBI file. This is not going to go away.
Ann, I like your last comment about how you are not defending Anderson. A whole bunch of Texas County Republicans are starting to jump ship. Think the Democrats won't use big Mike come election time.

Maybe he will prosecute you - It is illegal to obtain official records without permission of the name on the record. It may even be Federal. You mean to tell me the bar would let a convicted felon be a lawyer. You would think all those lawyers would figure this out. Why are you so obsessed with his bar application? You seem to have every other record in the world with his name on it - And you cannot make me believe this is not a personal grudge. There is a lot more to your story than you just being a concerned citizen. You've got real problems.

Let Anderson try and prosecute people for proving he is a liar. I think half of the elected Texas County officials have copies of his criminal record. why does Anderson not respond? All the Mo Bar association does is run a MO Highway Patrol check. Of course, if you used a fake social security number, you would come up clean. How about it Mike, release your application to the Bar Association and restore your good name.
Andreson is not above the law.
I watched Anderson in the court room recently. At one point he ran up behind an attractive young female in the hall way, tapped her on the shoulder and then ducked away when she turned around. Another time I thought the judge was going to scold him for laughing out loud and loud obnoxious talking in the back of the court room while other cases were being heard. I heard several men in suties who I assume were lawyers comment on his juvinile behavior. I felt like I was watching a 13 year old at recess.
On another note, and this is just rumor, is there another high ranking Texas County Reublican having a sexual harrassment law suite filed aganist him?
When will these guys grow up and stop acting like over sexed high school boys.

Hey wait a minute, if he is going to prosecute someone for having his FBI file, THEN THAT MEANS HE HAS AN FBI FILE. You can't have it both ways.
What logical question have you asked that I have not answered. It is not againist the law to question the activities of elected officials. All of your personal attacks aganist me are irrelevant.
If Anderson lied on his application to the Bar Association should he be disbarred for perjury. A simple question you have not answered.

happy fountain wrote: Alright I've decided to call Mr. Anderson tomorrow. It's obvious to me if you want answers go directly to the source. When you speak with Mr. Anderson ask him if he will submit his finger prints to the FBI and if he will publicly release his application to the Bar to show he didn't lie. this whole question could be cleared up right away. Want to bet Anderson won't?
