And being hacked up with a machete is a good way to relieve mom of her pain???

Yeah, one would think some more peaceful, quiet ending would be the ticket. He really went in another direction with it, didn't he.

I hope to God that a jury or judge will not consider his merciful intentions when handing down a sentence.

Oh, and what is up with the article calling it an "alleged machete attack"?

Was it, or wasn't it a machete attack?

It's alleged until he is proven guilty by the courts. Though I'm not quite sure why that needs to happen since he admitted to it.

And what makes you think that the Constitution of the United States should be extended to a sworn enemy of the United States? Is that not a right guaranted to a US Citizen, and not someone who has attacked the US? Heres a suggestion, why don't you attempt to remove your head from your backside? Hows that sound? Dumb_A$$!!!

I hope he gets a good eval in the psych ward; what he allegedly did is just horrendous. Sane people don't end a person's suffering that way.

Uh... I don't think that's quite what Kevorkian had in mind.

I think you're missing the point. Whether HE is guilty of the attack has to be proven, whether SHE was attacked by a machete (wielder) is pretty clear. So Javier was not asking about the son, just whether or not the mom was hacked up by a machete.

We NEED to pass legislation to ban all sharp objects!!!

This person would be alive today with us if sharp things had been BANNED!!

PEOPLE!

We will never be safe until all sharp things are BANNED FOREVER!!

(don't get me started on the need to BAN GUNS TOO!)

I agree; poorly written. Makes no more sense than:
"Woman Allegedly Dies ... "

“Just dance.........”
