Ok then they get charged with neglect!What is wrong with society theres money for dumb shit we dont need but not what should be important like disabeled or our kids you know thats what i got told to do with an abandoned houseful of animals just turn um loose and walk away pretty much like leavin people at shelters what a great state we live in
