Well he is not guilty she should be arrested for filing a false report at the least. Once you get called a r**ist that is hard to get removed.

No evidence. No case. What if he did rape her? What if he did not? The judge cannot go on the male or females word. This is he say/she say. They know each other and they have a child in common.
