pilfkcih, I totally understand what you're saying about there are some workers out there who care and want to be professional. However, so many people out there want Bally's to fail because in fact they are wrong for swindling and using deceptive means to get people's money. I believe that the majority of us do understand where the employees are coming from. But take a look at all the complaints out there. If its a couple of them, maybe its consumer's stupidity, but there are hundreds and probably thousands of people out there who are in fact dissatisfied with their tactics or their services. Even though it is a contract and its legally binding, there should still be a way to get out of it for those who can no longer afford the services or for those who have been involved with Bally's when they haven't even signed up or stepped into a Bally's in their life. I mean we are all adults. We know what is right and what is wrong and what Bally's is doing to some of these victims are wrong. Terrorists take innocent people's lives. Bally's take innocent people's hard earned money. Business and war do have its similarities. It's Wrong wrong wrong

Does anyone know if class action lawsuit is in the works on behalf of the Baton Rouge Bally members who have been waiting for the new facility to open?

would love to figure out how to get a class-action lawsuit filed against these guys. Lies, lies, and more lies. They have also charged me for someone else's membership along with my own. It has been over a month since they promised me a refund. I have been round and round with corporate in California. I wish I knew someone at the new station to show bally's true colors

Definitions Fitness Center!!! They have a minimum 1 year membership and if you move you can cancel! its great! i know some of the workers and they're really nice and try to help get you out of the membership if you have to! Its new and clean.. about a mile from LSU

Ballys in Westminster Colorado has a policy that they say you can't sign up for a spinning class more than 24 hours in advance, The class is at 9 on thursday, I went in at 9 on wednesday to sign up and was told the class was full. It is because one of the "personal trainers" signs up her friends well in advance so there is no space left. Part of the sales pitch is the "free Classes". I only have a few months left on my membership and I am running screaming from Ballys!
