1) Ran a rafle for the Hornel Grass Hoppers on a T.V. and made up a fake name and kepted the T.V.
2)Dipped into funds as treasure of Bath Rod and Gun and suposeable refunded.
3)Oficer of Hammondsport Moose and cleaned out monies in acount to go to aconvention that they could not afford.Moose Club closed soon after!

Former union chief pleads guilty to filing false report
ROCHESTER - William S. Drake of Avoca, a former president of Local 1013T of the United Steelworkers of America in Bath, pleaded guilty Thursday in U.S. District Court to a misdemeanor charge. via Star-Gazette
