You know, I think you might be onto something there. Over 2 million people died in the last year that figures are available - and only 493,000 were "smoking" related. That means something else killed the other 1,507,000 people. Even if you subtract the 350,000 deaths caused by obesity, there is still something killing 1,157,000 innocent people.
