what about beer and wine? Will we still have to drive to adjacent county for a beer? Not like everyone likes drinks!

Didn't you read the article? Of course beer will be legal:

"There were two questions on the petition: One for the sale of beer and light wine, and the other for the sale of liquor," Callicott said. "Both were approved by about 3-to-1."
