I always go to CashSaver. I can fill the shopping cart and only spent $70 or so.

I would like to see the comparative against Wal-Mart and CashSaver.

Thanks for the info, I always end up at wal-mart because it is easier to get it all under one roof, but thanks to this info I definately will be going to CashSaver. I have not been there before because in the past, it never seemed to work out for me when I ventured into new territory. Bills, and other stores like it,(going home from work and not wanting to go to wally world when they were working on the road) I went to Bills once just to get coffee filters and they were out, I never went back. THANKS AGAIN!!!

I think that comparison is a little skewed. You are comparing sale items to non sale items. I spent seveal years working in a grocery store, so I look closely at pricing and if you look at total everyday savings, cash saver isn't what its cracked up to be. When those items go off sale, you find that Harps is still competitive if not cheaper. Besides that, I saved 45 cents per gallon on gas just the other day at Harps. That alone is worth paying a little more on a few items every month.

Even if you save a dollar per gallon on 15 gallons you still save 14 dollars ahopping at CashSaver. Sale items or not CashSaver is less expensive across the board.

I also noticed that their pick 6 meat is 3 dollars less expensive and you also get to pick 6 items as opposed to 5 at Harps. WalMart doesn't even have this option.

Not true!!! The beauty of cash saver is most all of the items she named aren't on sale!! It's just cheaper 10% across the board mark up vs. 30-40% in grocery and even more in produce and bakery

Cash Saver accepts coupons and doubles up to .60, every day of the week.

Cigarette and soda coupons are not doubled.

Internet coupons are usually accepted, but certain "high-dollar" ones may have to be verified by management at first.

Cash Saver will only go to $0.00 on your coupons; you will never be given money back (example: you have a $3.00 coupon for a $2.00 item. You'll get the item for free, but no cash back).

If you have a large number of coupons for one item (extreme couponer with 80 pizza coupons), feel free to speak to management and order your favorite variety in advance.

If you want cheap fatty meat with all kinds of pink stuff added go to Cash Savers. If you want good quality fresh cut meat go to Harps.Neither Kroger, Cash Savers or Wal mart cut all their meat fresh. Harps has no meat packaged at their warehouse and sent to the store. It is all cut in the store. You get what you pay for. Road kill is really cheap too if your looking for cheap.
