I could reall use some information on this subject, too. There is one problem though, your childlike bickering is not helpful. I opend this feed hoping to get some good info and found a couple of high school dropouts that forgot to drop the drama at the door on their way out. I can't believe that people actually start fighting like this when they are on a forum with someone asking for help. Last time I looked there was not a question askin for the latest recap of whatever soap opera that you have been watching lately.
WTF is right! You did not open this feed, I opened this feed. You can go to the very first post and see it's me. Who the heck are you? You must be Jerry, the crazy lawyer that everyone is talking about on here. I have found this thread useful. I have worked things out with my husband, but if I ever need an attorney in the future, I know I will not be using Jerry Grady or Lyndsey Castleberry because people must have had very bad experiences with them.

<quoted text>haha. no kidding. Just ask a simple question and the fighting begins. Not so sure, NOW, I would trust their suggestions anyway.
When I opened this I was looking for people that felt strongly about their suggestions. If they want to fight, so be it. All I care about is knowing how they really feel and I think they have showed that.

You're right. MANY people have had bad experiences with them. Especially with Jerrie! Now Grady and Castleberry are both looking for government checks. They couldn't make it in their firm. One is running for city attorney and the other is running for prosecutor. Go and check out the Prosecutor forum.

I used Randall Henley for mine, he got me divorced and complete and total custody of my babies and he also said if there was anything else i ever needed just let him know. I would definately use him again for custody or adoption.

Nice Self Promotion for the election. They're not looking for an honest man. They're looking for a divorce attorney. Scumbag.

Better keep a tight grip on your husband. Your dad probably wasn't referring to her legal skills.

Good or not they all go through the same process for uncontested. I listed as soon to be over in the last post. The reason i said lilly was best in the state, well i dont know, im a man and i was referred by someone that is a friend thats works for a lawyer, she told me that they refer everyone to him because he is one of the best in jonesboro. If you are contesting then you will need someone with skills, and i promise if you want something maybe everything this is the Man that knows exactly how to get it. Very professional, and whoever uses him wont be sorry. If you do use him tell him James Elliott referred you. Best wishes and goodluck.

Do not use her!!!!!!! It took me 11 court dates & 2 1/2 yrs & my ex never showed up in court. She never filed a counter claim so I could get it on default. Someone else finally filed it for me.
