Little Mrs Sunshine you need to cool your arse off and try to make a home for your child. Just my opinion but it is a known fact. You will regret it one day. Didn't you love the man when you married him? Suppose to be for better or worse. Really think of your child. Divorce hurts kids the most..... How long have you been married? Do you have a good reason for a divorce or do you want to see if the grass is greener on the other side? Very few times it will be!

Did this person ask for any suggestions on her divorce? No, she didn't. She didn't ask what you think of her leaving her husband. Do you know the situation? D*mn people. Oh and never stay together for the child's sake only. That will hurt the child more than anything in the long run. Tom Thompson is good. So is Jerri Grady.

I found out my husband was cheating so i went all over town looking for a lawyer! I had a prepaird list of all my witness' and all the things that i wantd to make sure was in the divorce papers. Well every Lawyer that I Met with acted like they didnt even care to her what i had to say! So i met up with TOM THOMPSON. He provided me with more information that i would have never even known! My divorce papers were well prepared and they never hesitated once to make any changes i asked for!

what about blankenship? Im looking for one too. All you men can get mad but I want someone ruthless. I want full custody with as little visitation as possible. Would be fine with me if I got no child support and he got no visits.

Jerrie Grady is not.. I repeat NOT.. a good divorce attorney. She has taken what were essentially "open and shut" divorce cases in favor of her client, and left Court with her client getting next to nothing. I work in the legal field and we have opposed her several times. We have gotten rulings in our favor every time we've been up against her. I do not believe the judges in Batesville care too much for her. She may be nice, and I do not mean to personally attack her, she is just not a good attorney. Period. I agree, Tom Thompson is good. The attorney I work with does not take divorce cases. He would probably refer you to Tom though. Good luck to you! And again, I am not trying to personally attack Ms. Grady.

Think Jerrie Grady quit the law practice. I don't think she has a phone or office. Moved back to try and get the Prosecutors job. Hope she will leave for good once she loses! She is great if all you want is a show. She will stomp, and cuss and threaten but as for results?...Try talking to some of the people she has represented or other lawyers or judges.

What?? The attorney you work for does not take divorce cases and yet your employer has been against her on several occasions??? Hmmmm...my husband used her to get custody of his kids, and Jerri Grady kicked butt! My husband won bigtime and it was because Jerri worked for it. I don't know what you are talking about.

Uummm...I'm no brain surgeon or anything, but I would assume that they were employed by someone different in the past that DID take divorce cases. I'll bet your husband did win big time with Jerrie Grady and I'm sure she worked for it alright!

you are correct airhead-- I previously worked with an attorney that did not do divorce. I have since moved away and work at a firm in another town. THIS firm goes against her alot. I apologize if my post was confusing...

I am sure on some occasions, she prevails, but I have never seen it. I only get a glimpse of her practice I realize, but from what I have seen AND heard, she's not the best.

No worries. I knew what you meant! That was probably just Jerrie thinking she pulled some slick lawyering over on you. I've read that she plays on here. Everyone knows she's not good and they laugh because she sure thinks she is. Believe me, you probably have seen all of her practice...I've heard she doesn't have much of one left. When I said that "an old client of hers" husband probably did win big time with Jerrie Grady and I'm sure Jerrie worked for it hard, I meant in the sheets, not in the court room. She's sure got a reputation! Aren't all of these posts on here about her great? We got word of them not long ago and they sure keep my office entertained and we're all the way in Jonesboro.

Lindsey Castleberry is a newer lawyer in town. I know he would be a good one. I've never met anyone that can be a "ruthless" as him.
