I know for a fact her mother's name is Carla and I believe she works at Future Fuels.What I want to know is whether or not the male that did this is in jail ? She is 13. Underage. That's rape. My understanding is that it is considered a reportable offense if the difference in the age between two minors is greater than 2 years. Now I don't know what the definition of "reportable" is and if that makes it "rape" or not but that is what I have been told. I think parents (and kids as well) should be aware of that so there might be fewer pregnant minors running around this town!
