Police: Man Killed Boy For Walking Across Yard - News Story - W...

An Ohio man who neighbors say was devoted to his meticulously kept lawn has been charged with murder in the shooting of a 15-year-old boy who apparently walked across his yard.

This kid asked for it. If he had any respect for his neighbors property, or kept his punk mouth shut hed still be alive. NO 15 year old KID needs to backtalk a 66 year old Vet. That man paid his dues and insted of basic respect for a vet and a senior citizen, he was a victim of property damaga and verbal abuse. This is what is wrong with America. These damn baby boomers are terrible parents. They have no proper values to intill in their kids.
I remember being a kid and having a similar problem in my neighborhood as a pre teen. We use to use a corner yard to play football etc in, and the owner allowed it. After he moved a old lady lived there and we continued to use her yard. She complained to the parents of the nieghborhood kids. In the end it was settled by us cutting her lawn weekly and shovleling her driveway when it snowed and a friendship was formed. All due to the parents in the neighborhood making the kids be respectable to her. THIS BOYS parent did the opposite. I feel bad for the kid but even worse for the old man. He should get probation.

Hooley dooley, that's kind of extreme. You can't shoot children just because they're cheeky. It's called murder. Just get a rake and chase him of the lawn.

He should get probation for murdering an unarmed child? Regardless of if he was harassed or not, that gives him no right to shoot an unarmed kid. You must be mentally ill if you think the old fart was in the right.
