Mom charged with kicking son

A 37-year-old woman accused of kicking her son and seriously injuring him will answer to a Hamilton County Municipal Court judge this morning. via The Cincinnati Enquirer

A "human being" would be arrested for kicking a dog. There is no excuse for her behavior and I hope the judge takes this in account. Ofcourse you would have to human to know this.
