Concerned Mom

I was wondering if anyone could give me any information about the quality of the schools in the area. We are considering moving to Batavia. My son is in 9th grade and I'm concerned about him starting a new high school. He is used to going to school in an area that has no gang related activity and he's an honor roll student. Please let me know what anyone's experience is relating to our possible move and the high school in this area. Thanks.

I graduated from Batavia in 06' it is a good school... a lot of the kids are a bit snooty but I liked it for the most part. no trouble with gangs or any of that stuff ... a lot of the kids probably dont know what a gang really is lol
