BAIT-AND-SWITCH - Iconnected with Crazycheapcars chat line to see if they had a car I was interested in. They said they did and quoted a price and model year. I drove out from Rochester. When I got there No one knew anything about it. I asked who handles their chat line and was told it was any one of the sales people. The sales person told me that when he asked the manager about it, he was told to show me whatever they had in stock. I walked out a bit angry at the bait and switch. Sad... I had my checkbook with me and was ready to buy a car on the spot. Ain't ever going to happen with crazycheapcars. I'll never see them again.

Your best bet is to contact the better business office and ask them what course of action to take someone has to listen as to what kind of crook this man is

As a General Sales Manager of a reputable Dealer in Buffalo, I advise you to make better & more educated decisions. No one put the pen in your hand and coerced you into signing the contract. You picked it up and wrote your own name.
The only crime is the stupidity of some of you people. With all the online resources you have out there to arm yourselves with information, you still make quick decisions and then blame the dealers.
When (if) you bought a house and the water heater started leaking a week after you moved in, who fixes it? YOU DO! Not the realtor...
Please stop blaming the dealer for your bad decisions, which must have been good decisions if you signed the papers!

Yes, the consumer always has the right to walk away from the table, BUT dealers (of all shapes and sizes) could be more honest and upfront with their product. FULL disclosure of where used vehicle came from, what was fixed, not fixed, etc. Dealers always say, "hey look at the carfax." Yeah, carfax doesn't always tell the whole story.

With all due respect dealer manager ... you and realtors are the only people in the retail world that have different prices for your product depending on what day it is and who is looking. When I walk into Wal-Mart I get the same price that everyone else does...
