My wife and I (1st time home buyers), presented a bid on a home in the elmwood village area. Our realtor (Century 21) delivered our offer to Matt's home- as per his requirement. Matt was not home, so his partner took the contract.... We did not end up getting the house, but later found out that the purchaser was indeed Matt's partner (chris) who outbid us by $100.

Does this mean i dont have to look at his fat head anymore? Cripes the realtor signs with his mug...it drove me crazy. I feel like I known the guy for years...we go way back haha
