I was put on antidepressants and anxiety pills after an abusive 30yr marriage,,and then turned to street drugs, and alcohol,I have been clean for long time,,but getting of the prescription drugs was the worst.Being in Bastrop jail on a DWI charge was hard for me,,but I took acountablility,,but they would not give me my anxiety or depression pills, not until seven days,at which time I was already out, but I think that society these days choose to look down on anyone who are weak at some time,,like animals kill the weakest,,we are humans though and instead of beating down an already broken spirit in a jail there should be intervention dont you think. especially for our young ones, prison systems are full of people who have broke the law in some way with drugs, and in some prisons they truly try to help them (addicts)but for the most part they dont, because they are considered a criminal and not someone who needs help obviously. Getting taken in by rehabs are not that easy, so some people think that if their loved ones are in jail then they are clean and safe, just not in this case, please lets stop being so mean hearted on the truly weak ones. I survived that part of my life simply because I am stronger than the demon that had me, but I did think of ending it,,but for my own reasons, I said no, I will survive, my hearts go out to those who knew that lady

As I am reading all of this, I start to feel ashamed of myself, because bottom line, we are all talking about a dead soul,,no matter the mean hearted statements and loving statements , she was one of GOD' children and I know this forum has let him know just how low and insensetive we have all become. I ask god for forgiveness for me reading all this and participating in it. I ask forgiveness for all of you on this forum but most of all I ask for peace for the young lady that has left this world. As far as money,,no matter how you look at it,,the old saying is true, money is the root of all evil,,,it hurts when you loose money and if not respected and use properly, it can get you into trouble as well, I hate it when people judge people by what they wear, how they speak, where they come from or by how much money they have. I am who I am because of God not because of money, I am a sinner as we all are and we must all stop going at each other and be nice to each other. God bless all of you.

xbastrop inmate don't feel bad about all of this. That girl everybody is or has been talking about is and was my baby daughter I had 2 girls I read all of the posts and it was rough. People who have not walked in yours shoes will never understand. She left 2 children whom I love very much. All of the BS that people have wrote they don,t have a clue of what really happened. Money has been mentioned several times. No amount of money could ever replace her. Take care of yourself and God Bless You.

Dear Sir,
I have a young son in prison,he's 25 and it is all because he was with the wrong people and got on drugs, which kills me. Both of my son's have been at a point in their life where they have contimplated ending it all including myself, and ofcourse we didnt. I have friends who have lost their young children in their 20's because of drugs. Like you said know one knows unless they have been there. I have removed myself from those people and so have my sons and we are the better for it. However, I never look down my nose at the people who have lost to that demon of drugs.I tell my sons you must be strict with your children, monitor who they hang around with, dont be the friend, be the parent, dont think that as a parent you can do what you want because you are an adult and it wont effect your children even if you try to hide your imperfections they will know. I wish there was more help for the young ones, such as counseling and so forth, but it is not easy to get help sometimes. I dont know you or your daughter, but I do wish you peace, and I feel because your daughter was not in her right mind and she was fighting that demon (mentally and/or drugs). I feel that she is in heaven and no longer dealing with the cruelty of this world. She left her children but I feel also, that because she was not in her right mind and weak, it was better the kids did not see her that way. However, I am sure she had her moments of clarity and loved her kids very much. Besides, they and you will see her eventually in the most beautiful place. Sir, just dont let the cruelty, anger and fear of others change you or the kids by being in that negativity. If I have stated anything that offends anyone I apologize, I just hate to see people suffer. Just ask God to bless them all.

My brother died because he had an anyerism at Del Valle jail and it took them over 3 hours just to call an ambulance. Just 10 days before that he was at the Austin Heart Hospital with an anyerism 6cm in size (which means to operate)but because he was a "prisoner" they said he was high risk so they sent him back to jail and he died 10 days later. So I agree the jailers have no consience in fact when you go there to visit they treat you like a "prisoner".

That was really my only concern in all of this was to make it known that this kind of behavior is not acceptable

Why do they not have cameras to watch the inmates? Why are they on the phone and ignoring everything? I told you, and you can erase it all you want and live in fear if you like but they used ultrasound, the large transducers on 71 at U Haul were used as was their large machine. I lived on a hill at 302 Greenvalley Drive. They put high ultrasonics in my head in my house, ask linda D. She will probably lie but, they hit my hill and jackson street. I know what it was, it just made me get ready to snuff the codger that did it, she did not know and hung herself. Ask the McLeary boys, drew williams, they used it , so did the mccolloms and JACK the IDIOIT! They wanted to terrorize me and caused her death, what fools. Since then many people have died who had knowledge of it and will continue to until they are caught. I have had people track this down until I know every one of them who took part in it and this is not code cheeka. Infrared in your face while you drive will make you do a head on because it dazes you and there is nothing you can do about it, its done from satellite and on ground, ruins your skin too and ruins eyes too. We know who you are and YOU WILL NOT GET AWAY!!

I was there last year and heard of this young lady's death. However, Bastrop County has SOME VERY MAJOR ISSUES. The way that they treat the immates is beyond me. I guess the presumption of innocence until you are proven guilty does not mean a damm thing.

The crap that I saw some of those guards say and do was just some of the stupidest mess ever. Most of those guards are on some type of power trip. There is absolutely no respect for people there.

Now I am not saying that jails should be a cake walk, but the bullshit needs to be put aside.

On the flip side of all this mess is that most of the people that are locked up there knows at least one of the guards or knows someone that knows the guard and all their business. This includes the corrupt judges that like postitutes and stripclubs. Now mind you alot of people just talk, but when you have different people coming through with relatively the same story and do not know of each other. It's like come on! Kinda of like everyone saying that Sheriff was a drunk, but no one looked into that!

She took her own life. She chose her life's path with drugs. Now it's the jail's fault that they didn't keep her from killing herself? I feel sorry for her family, but jailers aren't mind readers. Putting her in jail could have saved the lives of her kids...We'll never know what's in the mind of a drug addict. No one else can be held responsible.
Ultrasonic trash, radio waves that burn, heterodynes that talk in her head. Maybe Cowart put a jet engine in her head like they did mine. They did it on purpose with a laser pic of little david board saying it may be psycological abuse, but its not illegal. They did it! They did it to me as well, I wish she had known what it was like I did. Some of those people commit murder and get away with it.If they go out to Texas and start up again I hope Booker puts a rifle in their face.

Would you be willing to be a whiteness as to her frame of mind? Her family has hired a lawyer in hopes to not only be compensated for the loss but inspire change within the jail. How long were you locked up with her?
I would be willing to help. My son was locked up for over 7 days just recently. When I went to visit him, they told me he denied me visitation rights. I thought that was really strange, then I get a call from him on the Friday, after he was arrested on the previous Saturday. He said, something pretty disturbing, so the next day I went to bail him out. He had been drugging him horribly in there, they were giving him pills twice daily every day. The drugs they gave him made him halucinate, and stomp his feet so bad, he could hardly walk when he came out. That night, 7 days after he was arrested, mind you, from being locked up in their facility, I witnessed a horrific come down of the drugs they drugged him with. I am certain, that if I had not gotten my son out of there when I did, his brain would either be fried, or he would be dead! And also, he told me they told him, he had a visitor on that Tuesday night, and he said, mom I just knew that was you, and he begged them to let him see me. So contact me, I want this to go to the Supreme Court!!!!!!!!!!1

I was incarcerated in Bastrop County for 35 long days. The women tanks are treated horribly! Most of the time you are denied to see MHMR. The people who assess your "mental" state are complete morons. Probably not even licensed. I am very curious the names of the guards who are responsible. The Bastrop justice system is so corrupt and not only do the jailers do drugs so do the judges and lawyers. When you are a jailer passed out at your guard station for an hour maybe you should think of a new profession. All in all I feel for the family, and pray someday this small town bullshit will change.
