Is The Roman Catholic Church perfect?

Have you seen Mark and Mike apply the word perfection to Christ on here? I am sure they will that I have brought it up, I hope so anyway. My point is when they say what is in their heart it is the buildings and church practices or Mary and their saints are perfection never that Christ is. I think if you looked at all their posts you would probably find the Pope mentioned as perfect far more than Christ, if they have mentioned Christ as perfect at all. Just the Protestant influence in me I guess. At least Protestants it would seem give Christ His rightful place more than the Catholics do. Christ is the head of the church not the Pope.

I think they call that the infallibility of the Pope which by the was was brought into the catholic religion several years ago by guess who.... The pope of the time. That was done so that anything the pope said was gospel to the catholics. Isnt that neat a Man say that a Man was infallible.

English Standard Version (ESV)

though your sins are like scarlet,
they shall be as white as snow;
though they are red like crimson,
they shall become like wool.
You call the word garbage?
I agree with every verse in the Bible in context. The Church wrote it and created it.

That is your personal private interpretation of Gods written word which is not perfect.

The Church is the pillar of Truth. Not you.

Why would a man want an imperfect church to lead them instead of the perfect will of God?...... Because that is the way the catholics became a financial power money hungry group. Now watch how they will now try to show how all that money spawned an economy of wealth for the common man. How they caused all the great building to be built. How they worship the building and not the builder.

Does the dysfunctional COC produce dysfunctional people or does dysfunctional people keep the COC going?

No wonder there are so few of you. Thank goodness.

JC made some good points and you cannot refute them so the name calling starts. I am going to call our you Catholics every time you start name calling instead of responding to legitimate posts just because you are wrong and cannot deny the truth. At least every time I notice it, I want all to see what Catholics are really about. Childish immature behavior is what I see from Catholics.

No the heretic Catholic church created tradition when they left the real church. God gave us the scriptures through His Son and prophets and apostles. The church has admitted adding to these scriptures to promote their doctrine. The Catholic church is sure not the pillar of truth, do I need to post those corrupt Popes and the altar and nun scandals again?

Probably no better example of man making his own God to worship. Making the claim a man is infallible and Christ.

Please point to the great leaders and writings of the insignificant COC from 100 AD to 1800 AD. Within 2 more generations, the COC will be basically gone as will most low end Protestant Churches.

The Baptist may last longer, but they are splitting from SB because of the new President.
