Has anyone ever met a member of the CofC who graduated from an accredited college or university with at least a bachelor's degree? I'm not talking about a Bible college, seminary or preacher's school...in Virginia at least these are not accredited by the Commonwealth. I have never met such a person.

You really need to visit Tuscaloosa, AL one day.
Been to Jacksonville/Gadsden. Pretty close. When you got people naming kids after Bear Bryant and killing trees, you just might be a cult. Roll dang Tide!

My sister-in-law went to the spring game about 3 years ago. 90,000 there. For the spring game!

An ignorant statement or you are intentional lying to deceive.
You came here declaring that there is no salvation outside the catholic church/only true church. We say you are lying. Now the shoe is on the other foot-yours.

If education was all you want it to be, then the apostles failed to pass your test.

Ask any of us non-catholics what we see and hear from the cavalry. Do you guys point us to Jesus, or your church and leader?

Not much talk of Jesus, but a lot about the pope, the church, pillars, Peter and Mary.

Let everyone else answer that. You have mine. I don't hear or see Jesus in the catholic discussion.

Best i can tell, Dave is absolutely correct. I can't understand why you cannot see it-maybe it has something to do with blind guides...

How about a graduate of Miami (Ohio) University in Oxford OH with a bachelors in education/teaching; and a master's degree from Morehead State University? How about an English professor from Morehead State University? Numerous from Berea College, UK, many more. Former pilot in the US military? Practicing physician in Morehead, KY? How about a practicing physician in Flemingsburg KY and a UK grad?

When you say things like it shows up bad.

I have always said that any validly baptized person is a Christian and can be saved if he doesn't die in the state of mortal sin. This is only true because the Church says it is true.

The Church has never taught that any one person has gone to hell in the history of the World. She thinks Judas probably did , but only God has the Book

I know most of you have written your name in for him, sort of like changing your report card before you handed to your parents.

I bet God is a good handwriting analyst.

So I take it your answer is no you have never met a member of the CofC who has a bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university. Chances are better than good the disciples and apostles all had a yeshiva type education. Paul famously did and of course Jesus Christ was the Master Teacher.

Almighty Father, Creator of Heaven, Earth, and all that dwells within both realms, we,the faithful lament the loss of our brothers and sisters in Christ from full commuion in His Church. Thus we pray with open minds, outstretched arms, and sorrowful hearts that our fellow Christians may experience reconciliation with the Holy Church. We pray for the souls of Martin Luther, John Calvin, and all Protestant leaders who denied Your Church. We pray for not only the spirits of our Catholic brethren, but for all Christians who have passed from this world. Lord God, Most Understanding and Merciful, your only Son was condemned to agonizing death at the hands of evil men so that we may be delivered into eternal life. Let not schism and suspicion taint Your servants. Instead, allow us to celebrate Your appointed Mass as one joyful Catholic and postolic Church.
Amen.

I ask a simple question and get bashed yet again by a CofC judge, jury and executioner. Letter after e, letter after t, letter after b, letter after j off. Here's a clue it's not Latin.

Was thinking if you hadn't posted so many outright lies previously I might believe you actually knew some college graduates in the CofC. One thing's for sure I would rather go to a Hindu or Muslim doctor than one who belonged to the CofC.

Protestantism is still heresy no matter how it is said. Only thru Jesus can you be saved and Jesus gave the Authority to his Church to speak for him

He who believes and is baptized will be saved.(Mk 16:16)
[U]nless you repent you will all likewise perish.(Lk 13:3)
[H]e who eats my flesh and drinks my blood has eternal life, and I will raise him up at the last day.(Jn 6:54)

1 out of 3 probably wont get you there. You dont believe in the sacraments of confession and the Eucharist.

Why did you first of all skip the bigger point, which was the comparison in attitude between you and Mark? We disagree basically on almost every point, yet I believe you sincerely have others best interests at heart. I don't believe that about your sidekick. You pray for those protesters, pray for other believers. We get the impression that your sidekick would just as soon see them all burn in torments forever.

As for your list-

A- been baptized, much of same belief system as you on that point. Coc and RCC baptism theology are CLOSE, but not exactly the same.

B- I have repented, and repent often.

C- I gather around the Lord's table every week.

you have rejected 6 of the 7 sacraments.

You are to confess your sins to one another. That means the successors to the Apsosltes.

crackers and tumi yummie grape juice is not the lord's table.

We had communion this morning and the pastor gave these instructions. If you have children who are to young to understand whether or not that have accepted Christ, please tell them not to partake at this time. If you are a visitor and comfortable with you salvation, you are invited to take communion with us. Communion is an ordnance not a sacrament.

The word sacrament indicates that it is salvific. Communion is not salvific. Only the shed blood of Christ is salvific and it does not turn into the actual blood and body of Christ. If it did we would become cannibals. Why not trust in the works of Christ rather than to follow strict rituals not even found in scripture.
