I have mixed feelings. I'm glad that the Historical Center exists and is expanding. However, the folks inside need to work on their community relations. They may be kind to people who are researching, but if anyone wants to go down to the river to eat a sandwich or fish, they will literally run out of the center and demand that you get off their property. Not very friendly or welcoming. I haven't donated a dime towards the expansion!

The center is managed by the rich ruling Bassett class. Do you really think they will extend a welcome to the poor and middle class?
