Can (Or will) Sprint persue a civil suit if I do this?Just to begin, I did not have a change of heart. The service is just terrible, for reasons to long to get into here.
Service is terrible and they want $200 to let me out of contract. Well I was looking online, and apparently while most contracts, including mine, have free roaming, cell phone companies still have to pay and average of 69 cents per minute to cover it, and if you use roaming too much, after a period of time, any cell provider will drop you, and if they drop you there's no ET fees, unless the reason they drop you is for nonpayment.
But I have a better idea, what if I call them get the highest ranking supervisor I can, and say, you can let me out now without the fee, OR I can set my phone to "roam only" and (Using free nights and weekends) place a ten hour call to, say, movie phone, each and every night costing you hundreds daily until you drop me.
My questions are:
A. When I give them this alternative, will they take my terms
B. Since it is intentional and premeditated, would the be able to sue me for the cost
