"Sure it exists. The word, maybe not. The word trinity doesnt either .. Did not Blessed Mary mediate between the Bride and Groom and Jesus at his first miracle?"

LMAO!

T-H-A-T is the official rationale for making Mary the "co-redemptrix" and "co-mediator between man and God"???

The RCC just makes up whatever it wants, whenever it wants, and calls it good. No wonder it gets the BS flag thrown at it so much.

Making things up? That is the definition of SS.

You are a co mediator too. I think that is a good. That is if you pray for anybody but yourself.

Mike, there is only one mediator.

1 Timothy 2:5-6 Douay-Rheims 1899 American Edition (DRA)

5 For there is one God, and one mediator of God and men, the man Christ Jesus:

6 Who gave himself a redemption for all, a testimony in due times.

That's even from one of the Catholic bibles.

Heck, if we are co-mediator, then we could just write our own book. Uh, wait a minute, that is what the rcc has done with their uninspired tradition.

I judge this post Brilliant, funny, helpful, agree, interesting, and racy. Have to shake our heads at such logic and interpretation.

Then you don't pray for other people. That's not very Christian.

I have a sick wife. You better believe I am going to prayer for her. I am going to mediate for her.

Did not the Centurion become a mediator for his son that was sick and dying? Jesus listened to him and cured him. The son said nothing.

But you have to respond when that doubt creeps into your mind to reassure yourself.

Sinners prayer. Not in Bible. Man made tradition.

But you know what, he did answer the sinners prayer for me at Billy Graham crusade. He told me this is not what I taught. Keep searching. I will lead you to the Truth.

I need your opinion. We have been having a discussion on the creation of the Bible. The consensus of the Prots here that have commented, say the Bible just happened. God said so , so somehow it came to into existence.

What is your understanding of the creation of the first Bible. Your name suggests you are an expert.

That is impossible. Only true catholics can be experts, right?

"Then you don't pray for other people. That's not very Christian."

Well that's patently false, and how you even managed to come up with that statement based on my showing you that there is only one mediator between God and man (and out of a Catholic bible, no less) is just flat-out strange.

If you're going to have a discussion, can you do it without setting up some ridiculous scenario or strawman? The above is an example of backwards thinking. No one here ever said such a thing.

Do you not pay attention to our posts, or did the CCC tell you that "prots" think the Bible just happened?

Nope, if he were to preach what you do, he would be fired, we use the bible! And we are not being led around by the nose afraid to think for ourselves. If a catholic thinks outside of the cathoilc box he is in trouble.

I wonder why you catholics do not just remove that luke 18 scripture? You created the bible surely you can revise it or remove it when ever it does not fit your agenda. What you actually do is interpret it to fit your agenda. Ha, and you claim only the outsiders do that. Quite frankly I want nothing to do with your (foreign from scripture) ideology/tradition.

Absolutely. In the areas of faith and morals there is only one truth.

Not 30,000

Where is hiring and firing of preachers in the Bible? Does the majority rule. If he preaches something that 51% of the congregation doesnt like, can he get fired? Or only the money men of the Church can hire or fire.

Oops I forgot. I remember now. You have to pay the bills. If collections go down, the preacher gets fired.
