I can cut and paste too!
"The fruits of Sola Scriptura...
Most non-Catholic sects declare that the Holy Spirit is 'teaching' them the truth. However, there can be only one truth. Since the advent of Sola Scriptura and individual interpretation of Scripture, how can the Holy Spirit be in each of the thousands of sects, teaching all of them opposing viewpoints? It is to be noted that all of the following denominations teach from the same Bible, so why the differences in teaching?

1. How can the Holy Spirit tell the Lutherans the Eucharist is the true presence of Christ, and then tell the Baptists it is only a symbol?

2. How can the Holy Spirit tell the Methodists it is alright to have female ministers, and then tell the Baptists it is unbiblical?

3. How can the Holy Spirit tell the Seventh Day Adventists that Saturday is the day of worship, and then tell the Presbyterians the day of worship is Sunday and not Saturday?

4. How can the Holy Spirit tell the Lutherans that the Blessed Virgin Mary was and remains always virgin, and then tell the Baptists she had other children?

5. How can the Holy Spirit tell the Baptists,'once saved always saved', and then tell the Church of Christ that Sola Fides is unscriptural?

6. How can the Holy Spirit tell Episcopalians to baptize infants and then tell Pentecostals infant baptism is invalid?

7. How can the Holy Spirit tell Mormons that the Holy Trinity is three separate persons, and then tell Methodists the Trinity is three persons in one GOD?"

8. How can the Holy Spirit teach the Catholics that Mary is the "co-redemptrix", when he tells everyone else that there is one mediator, the man Christ Jesus?

Jesus did. Whoever hears his Church hears him.

You know Jesus loved his Mother very much. He created his first miracle just for her. She mediated between the wedding party and Jesus.

He said it was not his time, but he obeyed her anyway.

9. How can the Holy Spirit teach William that Catholics teach Mary is the "co-redemptrix" when the Holy Spirit teaches Catholics it is NOT a Dogma of the Roman Catholic Church and the same is true of "co-mediatrix." Repeat after me...it is NOT a Dogma of the Roman Catholic Church.

Answer: The Holy Spirit is not teaching William anything. William is just spreading disinformation about a subject he knows nothing about. Prots love to throw around those two phrases not even knowing what the prefix "co-" means since it's Latin. I'll bet William thinks it means equal.

I went into a Catholic church in downtown Birmingham today and asked a priest there about Mary being the co-mediatrix along with Jesus.

His answer? Yes, she is.

Suck on it, Mark.

Did one of the long line of successors to Peter screw the pooch on the party line here?

Cue more of the Catholic double-speak in 5, 4, 3, 2, 1...

"She's the co-mediatrix. Except she really isn't. We all repeat that she is (a lot), but we don't really mean it, because it isn't really true. Except when it is. At Easter. And Christmas. But not Passover. Too Jewish."

Got it now.

One man's opinion does not make it a Dogma of the Catholic Church. Even the Pope's opinion does not make it a Dogma of the Catholic Church. Had this priest known who and what you are I suspect his answer would have been a bit more circumspect. Plus he probably thought you knew the meaning of the prefix co-. Then of coursethey all don't graduate in the top of their class.

I told him up front that I was not a Catholic and had a question about Mary being the co-mediatrix. He had no problem giving me a straight answer, which I appreciated. Nice guy.

Lets see what your catholic books say about what you just said. Infallibility of Pope (Vatican council) 1870 AD

NOw how can you say the pope has opinion when your group has claimed him infallible.

Again you demonstrate your complete ignorance. And I declare this to be infallible.

you can claim ignorance but your history shows that the RCC considers the Pope infallible. So you statement that he has an opinion is false, but you know that the Pope is really not infallible. That is really what your saying now isnt it?

Which is it is the pope infallible or the RCC or neither?

Nice guys can be wrong and perhaps he was but since you have a problem with telling the truth I can't rely on your story. I can tell you and anyone else including your priest friend that there is no such Catholic Dogma concerning the Mother of God being a co- anything. It would take an Ecumenical Council or a Pope to declare such a Dogma and it has always been declined. And again maybe this priest thought you looked smart enough to know the meaning of the Latin prefix co-.

"Dude don't tell me you voted for Obama."

What difference does it make who I voted for, or not for? For the record, I voted for Romney because I thought he could handle the economy better. Turns out I appear to be right. Again.

But your crack about "St. Trayvon of the Hoodie" belies you as just another Fixed News drone. And Zimmerman is Catholic, so of course the Klan has to look after it's own.
