I am a parent of school age children in Roanoke and would like to know more about this as well. If the courts and cops are not doing their jobs to protect our children here in Roanoke then I think this is a serious matter and should be addressed as such

I think Bedford and Martinsville do a bang up job Going after, arresting, and convicting with long prison terms. I am disgusted with Roanoke where I live and raise my children. I pay my taxes just like each and every person here, for that we don't mind paying to keep these pedophiles off the streets. I ask on behalf of my adolescent daughter to please think of her the next time you make some sort of half assed plea deal with vermon sex offenders.

I have never heard of a rehabilitated sex offender. I think the courts need to think about society before turning the danger back on the streets to wreck havoc on someone else's life.
